  • How do I sign up for the on-demand workouts?

  • Is there a free trial when you sign up?

    Yes, each subscription automatically includes a 7-day free trial so you have a chance to try out all of the different series, including livestreams. Start with the weekly schedule if you are looking for guidance or start with the fundamental and tutorial series if you are brand new to my method!

  • Will my subscription automatically renew?

    Yes, you will be billed at the end of your trial period unless you cancel prior to that date. Both monthly and annual memberships will continue to automatically renew unless you cancel prior to your next billing cycle.

  • Can I gift a subscription to someone other than myself?

    Yes, click here to gift a subscription. Gifting options are available between 1 - 8 months and also yearly. The gift subscription will not automatically renew.

  • Can I stream from multiple devices?

    Yes, you can stream from your mobile device or tablet via the App Store, your desktop computer via our website or cast onto your TV via AppleTV or Roku device.

  • What if I can’t afford the subscription at the moment?

    B The method is an inclusive space for everybody. If you cannot afford this subscription, please email hello@bthemethod.com.

  • What props do I need to get started?

    All you need is your mat, your ball and your body to get started. The B The Method stability ball is about 9-10 inches in diameter and should be filled with air to about 90% capacity. Also needed but optional: a massage ball for the myofascial series and light 1lb wrist or ankle weights for our weighted series. A towel is recommended for additional support for your knees, elbows and tailbone if necessary.

  • I am new, where do I begin?

    Welcome! I suggest taking a moment to go through the tutorial section on the app. These series will help you understand the most common cues used in the method. Next, try out the fundamental series to familiarize yourself with the foundational exercises of the method. 

  • Can I join if I am pregnant?

    Absolutely. There is a prenatal/postnatal section filled with a variety of series that are safe to do before, during and after your pregnancy. Please check in with your doctor to make sure you are cleared for exercise at all stages. If you are and are feeling ok to move, every series on the app is safe until the beginning of your second trimester. After that, make sure to listen and pay attention to your bodies signs first and continue from there. 

  • How often should I do the workouts?

    First and foremost, listen to your mind and body to find a routine that realistically fits into your lifestyle. I recommend trying to fit in any series 4x each week, no matter the length. Every category on the platform includes classes that are 15, 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

  • When are the new uploads and schedule available each week?

    Every Sunday there will be a new weekly schedule posted, which includes the livestream dates and times plus 1-2 videos uploads to the library. This means that there is 3-4 new and unique series added every week!

  • When are the livestream classes and are they available for replay?

    Livestreams happen mostly on Tuesday and Thursday and are available for replay an hour after completion.

  • How do I save my favorite workouts on the app?

    You can add your favorites or track the classes you have completed by using the “My list” feature in your app. Note: this is only available on your app and not in the web version. Click the plus sign icon at the top right corner of the video and the video will be saved into your library.

  • What if I don’t have wifi available, can I access any workouts?

    You can download your favorite series straight onto your mobile device for offline streaming. Click the arrow pointing downwards at the top right corner of the video and it will begin to download. You will need wifi at the time of download but won’t need it for replay once it has been completed.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes, you may cancel at any time. If you need help cancelling your membership, visit this page for instructions.

  • I need tech support. Who do I contact?
