I've been a member of the B The Method community since March 2020, when my daughter introduced me to Lia's Instagram. Daily live Instagram classes in those early days of the pandemic Lia helped me through a divorce, quarantine, as we called it then, and into a better me, physically and mentally. I've shared Lia with my friends, their kids, colleagues and anyone looking to move and be centered and just feel so connected. It's the Method and it's Lia herself. Truly life-changing.
