In April 2020, all in-person workout studios were closed because of the pandemic, so I went online to cobble together a new routine. I came across B The Method and I never looked back. Lia's program shifted my relationship with fitness - I used to run from studio to studio, pushing myself to the point I'd be exhausted for the rest of the day. With B The Method, I crave my daily workout and I feel energized afterward. I've gained new insights into my body and deepened my mind-body connection, as well as becoming more mindful of how my body feels. The Method is not just exercise - it's a lifestyle to me. Lia, herself, is a calming, experienced, and genuine guide and I truly feel part of a community even though I've only done her workouts remotely! I was pregnant from Dec 2020- Sept 2021, and B The Method was such an invigorating and reliable workout during that period as well. It's hard to describe my connection to it, but it's like nothing else I've done.
